3. Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund details will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of services without refund.

4. Liability and Indemnification

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventurer's Design, LLC. and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
